Arrival and Meet & Greet
Once you arrive at Hurghada International Airport, you will proceed through passport control and baggage claim.
After exiting into the arrivals hall, you will find your driver waiting for you, holding a sign with your name clearly displayed.
Your driver will welcome you, confirm your booking details, and assist you with your luggage. This ensures a smooth and stress-free transition from the airport to your vehicle.
Transfer to Your Hotel
After meeting your driver, you will be escorted to your private vehicle parked near the airport.
All vehicles are modern, clean, and fully air-conditioned to ensure maximum comfort, especially during hot weather conditions.
The journey to your hotel will be direct, without unnecessary stops. Travel time depends on your hotel location:
- Hurghada City: 10–20 minutes
- El Gouna: 30–40 minutes
- Makadi Bay: 25–35 minutes
- Sahl Hasheesh: 20–30 minutes
- Soma Bay: 45–60 minutes
- During the ride, you can relax and enjoy your first views of the Red Sea destination.
Hotel Drop-off
Upon arrival at your hotel or resort, the driver will assist you with unloading your luggage and ensure you are safely dropped off at the main entrance or reception area.
This marks the end of your transfer service, allowing you to start your stay comfortably and without any hassle.
